Sick of Yoga
Missed today's Yoga lesson again.
All in all, I've forgo 3 Yoga lessons liao. Sigh !
Thankfully, all the sessions are rather cheap and Yoga is not the type of exercise I had expected it to be. I mean, certain deep breathing in and out & stretching without burning much fats around the body are NOT exactly what I want. I feel that jogging or going to the gym will make me feel a great deal better !
Besides, going for Yoga lessons alone is just so boring. What's more, the entire class seems to be filled with mainly aunties. Not that I am ageist or something but just that the class is not something I really look forward to going every week...
I must really go for a full workout soon. Maybe this Saturday ??

think only when u do yoga regularly then will it help to tone the body.

yes. yoga is not really about slimming or what. It is more on wellness.. stress relieving and maintaining healthy organs.
