The Weekday Morning Jog
... is when I am rushing for work during the weekdays. I literally jog or sprint all (or should I say, most of) the way from the MRT station to my office which is at least a good 200 metres away!
Good exercise for someone who is fast becoming a couch potato !
I am getting lazier and fatter ! My tummy is showing !
Funny though, I realised that I tend to be fatter when I am unattached and I tend to binge and stay home more often. Or am I getting older and thus, my metabolism rate is getting lower??? But I must admit that I have been idling and fast becoming very occupied with very sedentary activities in the recent months that have accounted for my meatier body.
I must, I must get my body going (with jogging tomorrow) soon !
